On July 1st 2003 Sabbatical Homes UK joined the Preferred Developments Ltd family. Trading as a separate company Sabbatical Homes Ltd, the company, established over 12 years, provides a personal property lettings and management service to academics and media professionals who wish to let out their properties to like minded people, from periods of 1 month to 2 years.

2004 sees the launching of new services and benefits to both landlord and tenant clients
