Introduction

This cost-effective and easy-to-use locking system is ideal for hotels, casinos, resorts, apartments, office buildings and other controlled access environments. The lock can be used for locking rooms or storage cabinets, an can also be connected to turnstile and other non door access systems.

Again Access Control ( AAC ) is a stand-alone smart card locking system (requires no wiring) that allows you to control access on a variety of levels. With AAC, you can control individual access, monitor system activity in real time and create customized loyalty programs to reward frequent visitors.

All of the records can also be individually filtered by:

1. Card holder name
2. Date/time
3. Card type used (i.e. data card, clock card, guest card etc)

Lock preventative maintenance

1. Records the number of times a card has been inserted in the lock reader
2. Records the number of times a lock has been opened
3. Records the number of times the batteries have been changed
4. Records PIC ID and Lock serial number for specific location finding

Card personalisation process

All cards are personalised to the individual card holder and can contain personal information such as :
Picture ID (optional ) Title, Firstname, Surname, DOB, House number, Post code, Mobile number, sex, physical disabilities, Smoker, Car owner,

Again Smart System features

1. Allows multiple door operations for any building, floor or room to be held on a single card
2. Buildings, rooms and floors can be added or removed or renamed with a single operation.
3. Allows for 255 buildings, 255 floors, 999 rooms per floor, 15 locks within rooms.
4. Unlimited card numbers for use within system
5. Cards can be used in other systems
6. Multifunction ability of cards allows for the same Card can be used for loyalty or membership applications
7. Cards can be cleared for re-use

Enhanced security features

The card secret code of each card used in any system is unique. This feature is not available on any other stand alone smart card locks

 

 

Card types used in the system

1. Office card

Specifies access to locks on a day of the week/time/location basis. Once card is inserted into lock, the lock remains open for specified period but then auto closes on close time

2. Worker card

Specifies access to locks on a day of the week/time/location basis.

3. Guest card

Specifies access to locks on a date/time/location basis. Has auto room search feature and auto issue for 1 or 2 days, 1 or 2 weeks or for any other period

4. Emergency card

Opens all doors in case of emergency and will even over ride the deadbolt if locked from the inside. Overrides all other cards.

5. Lock out card

This card operation will disable all doors and "locks down" building

6. Count down card

Allows any lock in any location to be opened for a specified number of times

7. Pre-set cards

Allows the software to store unlimited "specific operation" permissions that are quickly added to card

 

8. Set-up card

This card provides access codes to lock to identify lock in building. No hand held encoder unit is required

9. Data Card

This card retrieves the last 640 records data from the lock to display all lock operations and card insertions. No hand held encoder unit required

10. Inhibit card

Allows for the barring of users where cards have not been retrieved from the card holder.
Inhibit clear card overrides an issued inhibit card

11. Master card

Allows full access to all locks

12. Dual access card

This requires the use of 2 separate cards for opening the lock. Each card must be inserted within 6 seconds of each other

13. Auto open card

This is programmed to enable the lock to "auto open" for any given time/date
