Fire & Safety Card System
Introduction
The Again Smartcard system can also be used as part of an attendance record
system at times of building evacualtion during emergencies. Instead of staff
and visitors sing out names to fire officers, then write them down of t and
tick names of a list , cards are just ins into a portable card reading machine,
which then runs an exception report of who is missing. - Far quicker than
a manual system.
Because the
database is stored off site on our webserver, all you need is a wireless internet
connection enabled laptop to access the database and check who is missing.
Alternatively,
you can have Again enabled Solar Assist help points , where you can store
Again card reading equipment in case of emegencies. ( See Thinking Green document
